Radically different business models can co-exist in immature ecosystems, but the business model can evolve leading to completely different applications from those originally envisaged. As the ecosystem and businesses develop, there is a shakeout in the businesses and products offered. The paper compares various approaches to services for recharging eco-friendly electric vehicles currently offered around the world.
